Approximately 4,500 sq. ft. of ground floor programming space for the Sixth Street Community Center.

Programming Will Include:

A membership based Food Cooperative

After School Programming space operated by the Sixth Street Community Center

Green Building design, mechanical equipment and materials to minimize carbon emissions, and a green roof if possible or rooftop solar panels.

An accessible building for persons with disabilities, including a ramp, elevator, and ADA compliant apartments for people in wheelchairs, and other features to accommodate people who are blind or deaf.

About 3,000 sq. ft. of landscaped open space in the rear yard for the residents to enjoy.
